Mission Statement

Girls International Forum is a non-profit organization created to empower girls to take action on issues affecting them now and in their future. We believe that girls can and must be part of worldwide efforts to improve the lives of girls and women. In order to improve our own lives and the lives of others, we believe that all girls must be aware of the successes, issues, and problems of girls and women. We will focus our efforts around learning new things, challenging ourselves and others, and acting as role models by raising issues and spreading equality worldwide.

Girls International Forum will be girl-focused with girls as equal partners in leadership and decision-making. We are committed to the values of equality, commitment, love, challenge and cooperation.
